Hi guys...does anyone know that if I buy a new PSP from a store, will the version or the system's version be 1.5?

The reason that I would like to know is that if it is v1.5 then I will be able to play downloaded games from the internet :-)

**Since thats what I heard where only PSP v1.5 can play downloaded game**
