Get four calorie counters, one on your your left wrist, right wrist, left ankle and right ankle. Play any wii game, get the readings from all four, find the average and use that.

Time how long you was playing, then do that in actual excercise. You could incorporate other things aswell like, when your friends are round.

So you could compare, excercise, gaming and socialising.

Thats scientific, IMO.
