Yes you will, to do so, downgrade to 1.5, than from 1.5, install DAX's 3.03 OE-B.
Here's a little tutorial on how to do it:
Step 1:
downgrade to 1.5. When the screen turns red, DO NOT touch it. Leave the PSP alone until it is 10000% done or you WILL break it, that's how my last one broke.
Step 2: When you're on 1.5, Update to
3.03 OE-A, than from 3.03 OE-A, upgrade to
3.03 OE-B. Follow the instructions provided on there, and like the downgrade, DO NOT touch it while it's doing stuff.
