very easy.... and if you are carfeul you can make it so you barely do anything to the void sticker lift it up carefully on the left side and it will reveal a screw you have to take out 5 screws. The only hard part would be taking the analog stick out and putting it to the other faceplate but still thats easy. There turtorials online. Just search "Replacing PSP Faceplate"
