The 360 prices you list above
ARE COMPLETELY IRRELEVENT. You are basing your sums one the 360's current price - do you seriously think they will be selling for this amount when the PS3 eventually gets released? No, Microsoft are not that stupid. They will kick a marketing strategy off in early October to directly counter the PS3's release and it will involve the 360 selling for less money but with more peripherals. It's how business works when two companies are selling competing products.
