fact of the matter is, ps3 can produce better graphics than the 360, it probably wont on release, but when the programmers get more into the machine it will start getting more complex, look at the PS2, how far that has come along. Sure the xbox can put out the same for a few months, but eventually the ps3 will out run it. And its not all just about the visuals either, its how much the machine can handle, how big the levels are etc. There are many aspects that the PS3 out classes the 360.
Also when you say the ps3 is double the price well you are quite wrong there, the 360 basic pack(core i think its called) is £209, the ps3 with the 60GB is £400, so yeah thats double but it isnt if you get the 20GB one.
This is another PSP / DS thing going on here, each down to their opinion, mine is its worth the extra, yours is that it isnt.
