Neither did i, i understand sony are loosing battles in other areas already, e.g. TV's, i see LG getting quite popular now days, any way.
I wasnt saying that the ps3 is twice as better because it costs twice as much no, £100 pounds you pay is for the SONY label on the front. But the general trend is, if you are paying more you get more.
Do a bit of research pagnel, find out how much it would cost to buy a standard 360 and put WIFI on it, and wireless controlers(i believe these are not standard, the 60GB hard drive. And you will find that the XBOX isnt far behind on price. yet the PS3 still outperforms on spec.
Im not slating the 360, i think it quite a machine but when considered it isnt all that cheap compared to the PS3.
