You want Miner 2049'er on the PSP?

Download Vice PSP - a Commodore 64 emulator.

Then download the C64 version of Miner 2049'er.

Not as good as the Atari version but not far off

Even better was the sequel to Miner 2049'er, Bounty Bob Strikes Back - the best version of this game was on the C64. Still one of my favourite platform games of all time.
