Little more than an advertisement with a tutorial but it's well written so I will leave it on here.
Just downloaded and tried the software but I no longer use mp4 on the PSP after discovering PMP so it's purely out of curiosity. It looks nice but it doesn't seem to support PAL frame rate of 25 FPS (only NTSC and 15 FPS are available) and it seems quite slow on conversion in comparison to other commercial software - it took 23 minutes to convert a 20 minute Simpsons episode on my laptop which makes it slower than real time - not good. PQDVD's PSP Movie Creator converted the same file in 14 minutes and with that you can directly rip DVDs and video files with one peice of software instead of having to buy two like this one.
