I just read the story and to be honest I never knew this happened, but what the hell does this have to do with Microsoft? They weren't the ones who sued Sony. They were the smart ones who went and just settled the claim. So once again you make blank responses about Microsoft.
Meh,
What is "meh" suppose to mean. :?
It means he can't think of a response.

I read this story this morning on another site. Microsoft didn't just settle out of court, they bought a share in the company at the same time as part of the deal. This is more salt in the wound for Sony as any recompense to Immersion will partly end up in their pockets. You have to admire the big M's style

To make matters worse, it's now been confirmed the latest PS3 release date has been put back to November 2006. This to me indicates it won't be out until early next year as further delays are bound to occur in the next 9-10 months. Sweet music to Microsoft's ears I suspect

IGN report 'The Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported this morning that the Playstation 3 has been delayed until November 2006. The postponed launch is the result of the delays on the part of the AACS forum in finalizing the copy protection scheme for Blu-ray Disk. Other components of the PS3, such as the highly complex 9 core Cell processor, are believed to be on schedule.'
