This is really old news. Its been known since days after the PSP came out.

However, I am not sure that it'll reach full 333MHz, maybe 330MHz or a little less. People haev already overclocked the PSP to 333MHz and have had some stability issues. I've done it too, but it worked just fine for me, cept for the reduced battery life.

I think, God permitting, that it'll reach 333MHz for games because battery technology will get better. If they get a new battery that lasts 33% longer, they can do it. I have the new 20% extra battery. t lasts me about an hour longer than usual. I can actually sit down and play Socom Online for 3 hours on the battery alone, no ac adapter!
