Plug your PSP to your PC via the USB cable -- your PSP should should appear as an external device (i.e. a new drive letter on your PC under Windows Explorer). Right click on the drive and there should be a format option.
My question to others, are there differences in formats done by PSP/PC? Or is it that PSP just puts the appropriate folders on the stick where the PC wouldn't?
If that doesn't work, maybe a multi-card reader may work. GL!
