Well to find the framerate just click the setup button on the top. Once you do that click the 'profiles' tab under the PSP Video 9 logo. Use the drop down box to find the profile you use and then find the form on the application that says framerate. Don't forget to save the changes!

Well, if your memory stick isn't seen by the PSP or the computer after a few tries, I suggest that you return it. (If you still have that problem, just try a different brand or get a different size.
