Sorry to play devil's advocate but in my long experience of car driving (and a little bit of bike riding), bikers pay no more attention to cars than car drivers do to bikers. Which is stupid when they have a lot more to lose (ie their life).
About four years ago I had one w*nker of a bike rider overtake a car coming towards me and he couldn't get in fast enough and proceeded to hit me head on and perform a rather impressive double back flip in the air before landing on his hands. He was lucky to end up with just bruises and a broken wrist but his 600cc Honda was a right off and the prick caused £2000 damage to my car. He tried to blame me but unluckily for him I was on the correct side of the road and going under the speed limit - it was quite amusing when his insurance had to pay out. Just one instance but it goes to show it isn't all one sided - bikers seem to think car drivers are to blame for everything which really does get my goat.
However, in this instance the woman should have her hands removed to prevent her from driving again. Car drivers on phones always get a mouth full of abuse from me - it should be a ban offence in my opinion.
