It sounds like a simple IP conflict.
Did you try a factory restore on your PSP?
Did you enable IP addressing in the wireless section of your router's setup?
You can find the default server in your router's setup dialog as well.
Here's something else to try:
1. Turn off ALL computers and the PSP.
2. Restore the wireless router's factory defaults first. Do this by locating the tiny reset button. You may need to consult your manual for the location of the button.
3. Turn on your desktop computer and allow Windows to completely load. (At this time, do not try to open up Explorer or anything.)
4. Turn on any other PC's and again, allow Windows to load completely.
5. Turn on your PSP, and try to connect to the internet.
