But i still had the features of 2.0. Is there sumtin to that? maybe it just said it was 1.00 and it was really 2.00 i dunno. nut anyway so i tried to run the update thingy but it was corrupt so i just did the 1.5 upgrade that was on Dead to Rights. All is good. But i'm still wondrin if its possible to have the Psp at 1.00 but have the capabilities of 2.00. Mine said it was 1.00 but i tried the web browser and it worked normal. Anybody wanna expirament w/ this and see if you can run homebrew at this stage?

Like someone else said, the instructions before the use of the eboot just make the PSP THINK it's ver.1.0. That's the reason you can upgrade to 1.5

So why not just leave it at that stage and have a Psp with 2.00 capabilities but still play homebrew? Anyone tried this?
