3.95 is official Sony firmware which means downloaded games and homebrew is not allowed. To get CFW which allows you to have the latest Sony updates from original firmware and also allow you to run homebre and games etc. Because you are on OF you need to get on CFW and the only way to do that is by using pandora battery.
