I can't notice ANY delay on my GTA, I've got all Microsoft controllers though. The only thing I have trouble driving is the boats, and the copters, but you're supposed to drive those like a maniac.
My favorite bike - PCJ - 600, I'm glad they included it in this one, it was also my favorite in Vice City.
My Favorite Car - Patriot when I'm trying to escape from things because it completely pwns all cars in its way, and it's not too slow compared to the rest of that cars that pwn other cars. Cop car for all other activities.
