I only have one object dock, at the top. and the rocketdock i have as a swing in from the left i have this as the task bar, as well as having shorcut to computer, control panel, internet and media player. for the system tray i have a single tabbed dock on the bottom right, that I have hidden from view. Remove whichever dock you dont like lol, keep on tinkering youll soon come up with something you like!
Its a shame about winflip, i think its seriously cool.

I forgot about the visual tooltip program, if you want to keep the windows taskbar, this will give you a thumbnail like in vista when your mouse hover above the task
