I dont know what you would have to do to mod your psp so it could output to the tv. All i can say is i think you would take it apart and connect some cables somewhere then drill a small hole in the case and put some sort of adapter thing there so you can plug in a cable for the output. Not even 100% sure if it can be done but if you want to do it i suggest searching on google to find out how.
